I get that it hurts everyone, i represent the little man. Someone is making thousands, millions, for self promoting this garbage product.

I took my time & effort in buying this product expecting to be a quality product. Waist me time, I'll waist theirs.

But, blame the little guy.......am I right /s

I think they meant replace the ones that arrive dried out or barely last a day. These generic Chinese art supplies are always half-dead, in which case it's on the seller for shipping junk. Buy 2-3, make one working set out of it, return the dead ones.

I wouldn't do it simply because there's no way to know Amazon's algorithm for suddenly deactivating your account (whether there's gift card balance left or not) for "too many returns".

I can and will justifying garbage products. AI is at its infancy. Seller pays for all returns, not Amazon.

Be Rest assured, Jeff B, will not be impacted in any way. Sleep well at night. He will still be a billionaire when you wake up in the AM.

But, you will still be working for the man.
