How do you know it was the eco mode if you bought a more powerful PS? Are you sure it wasn't because you needed 750w to power everything you have? Doesn't eco mode on the EVGS PS mean the fan stays off at low to medium load and comes on at higher loads? Do you think the PS was overheating because the fan wasn't turning on and that caused reboots?

How is this power supply vs the 650W GA that was on sale previously?

This one is much better. It has more VGA output. However, you won't use it to power 2x3070, still, more it better.

I had the 650w GT that got on sale at $50 and my PC kept rebooting constantly due to Eco mode. I swapped out to another Corsair RX750M and my issued stopped. There is not switch to turn off the Eco so I returned it to Amazon.
what video card and cpu are you using tho?

you used 750w comparing to this 650w.

Looks like G+ is 24A and the GA is 20A. If you only run one video card does it matter?

My rig worked fine with old 600w Thermaltake. CPU 10700k, GPU Radeon 5500 xt, Corsair H60 water cooling, 1 SSD, 1 HDD, 6 fans. No reboot issue since I built it.

When I switched over to this EGVA 650w, I got constant reboot every couple hours if I opened too many browsers, applications. The CPU temp is around 33 C idle but it hit up to 55 C and the power supply fan didn't even kick in.

I stick to Corsair power supply now. My CX750M has been up 4 days straight without any reboot.

Under Eco mode, the fan doesn't even run until heavy loads. It didn't even run at high loads and cause my PC to reboot. No manual switch to turn it off.

One of the reviews says "If I turn the PC back on shortly after a spontaneous shutdown and flip the Eco Mode switch off, the fan runs at a very high speed and pushes out a lot of hot air."
There wasn't a switch on yours?

The 650 GT (maybe all of the GT line?) has no switch. Confirmed with EGA support - there is no way to turn off auto Eco mode.
