Still Pro version is superior then just regular AirPods unless someone prefer no earplugs buds.I think it still worthy to get those then wait for 3rd version that will be less worthy.

any immediate issues i can return it easier than shipping and all that annoying bs
if i coulda dodge taxes then i woulda opted for Amazon instead.

The AirPod 3 is just going to be AirPods with better tips. It's not going to have ANC. So, no point in waiting unless you don't want ANC and want to pray they have better sound quality. At which point you should just buy the Sony XM4 earbuds.

In store is the same price through 7/31. Got myself a pair to replace some Jaybird X3s. I really like the flexibility they provide but I miss using foam tips. Guess that's just the apple ecosystem for ya

yea me too, picked one up at my local costco , but with freaking tax came to almost $211
coulda save 10 bucks buying from Amazon ..!! guess amazon doesnt add city/county tax, just the state tax.. thats why..?
got this for the wifey.. i got ton of other cheap headphones which will do me fine..
last year i got one airpod pro free with macbook purchase and another free with visible iphone12max purchase which the daughters got .... now the wifey wanted one too..!!

happy wife ... happy life i guess pretty cheap from that perspective..!! Big Grin
