Mine came in with the plastic housing crushed with only 2 screws left attached. Of course Walmart won't do replacement, only refund. Called the number on the manual and went into voice mail. Later a very nice guy Larry called back and now he's shipping the parts to me supposedly arriving on Monday. Sounds like all is well now.

Came today. The box was beat up with holes and the bottom and top re-taped but the air compressor, other than a slightly bent air filter, was undamaged and had all the hardware.

Mine showed up last night. The poor condition of the box had me worried that parts would be missing and that it would be damaged, however, the only issue I see is a very slight tweak to the inlet air filter, which does not affect functionality. No leaks or other dings that I can see anywhere. Tested it out this morning and it works like a champ... glad to pay so little while only dealing with a banged up box. This was slick!!

Mine arrived the other day, box was badly damaged and the bottom was 90% opened. All parts were there, filter bent/smashed and a small dent in the tank. Nothing I'm overly concerned about. Flipped it on and it started putting air in the tank.

I'm going to reach out to Walmart and see if they'll do a partial refund, and reach out to the company for a replacement filter & cap.

My unit came damaged - cracked on the top - filter cap off and bent. Any way to fix this? - Super pissed on the shipping on fedex's part.

I just received mine and the box seems to have gone through a rough & tough time in shipping...it's all beaten up with holes everywhere and box seems to be re-taped multiple times. The stuff inside is loose and moved around...not sure if it would work until I turn it ON. I don't have the hose and need to go get one.

You should call the number on the manual. When I called, I was actually asked if I missed any part (wheel, handle) or damaged filter. Sounds like a common problem and they probably ship the parts for free as well.

Despite being made in China, etc., the company still follows the common practice and ship any missing or damaged parts for free. I was warned that the package will be from strangely named sender Hongyou Smilie, which is the maker listed on Walmart website.

Can someone send me the phone number. Mine didn't come with a manual. It's obvious this broke open during shipping and FedEx didn't care and threw it all back in and that's why the filter and the black housing is damaged.

With all these damaged boxes, it sounds more likely that they were damaged in the warehouse (or in transit from China to the warehouse) prior to FedEx receiving them.

You should have taken that $34.06 that you paid and invested in the market receiving a 15% return over the last 10 years to have $137.79 now. You could have bought two goodyear compressors with that. WE ARE STILL AHEAD!!!!!
