I have one year free through AMEX platinum and have been using this every night for about 5 months. I HIGHLY recommend it! I used to have problems getting to sleep but now I select the content (there are three kinds — soundscapes, music or stories— but I have never tried the stories option) set the timer on 90 minutes and I have never once been awake when the music or soundscape ends.
