I'm pretty happy with these - just got them on Prime Day and the free trial for cloud service just ran out. I don't know if I'll have full functionality if I just plug in an external hard-drive or flash drive so we'll see. I set up 2 different modules at 2 different houses.

One of my cameras battery ran out after 2 weeks so I don't know what happened there (supposed to last 2 years).

Otherwise I'm happy with the motion sensor and recorded clips through the app (premium service trial). Very easy for my parents to use and was easy to setup.
