In the Woot discussion thread, someone asked if it came with the battery and charger as pictured. One Woot member replied his order had already been delivered and it did include the charger + battery.
From the customer's photo, seems to include:
* softshell jacket, size large
* DCB107 charger -- normally $30-35
* DCB203 battery -- normally $40-$50
* DCB092 USB power source -- seems to be variant of DCB090 which retails for $40
