However, there's a very simple rule to understanding when you CAN and when you CAN NOT pay with Wags Cash on these deals:
YOU CAN PAY WITH WAGS CASH AND EARN NEW WAGS CASH when the deal is based on QUANTITY (ie, Buy 2 colgate toothpastes, earn $4 Wags Cash). So you can pay with existing and earn NEW wags cash (known as rolling).
YOU CAN NOT PAY with Wags Cash and earn new Wags Cash when the offer is SPEND BASED:

If just going for the product offers in OP you CAN pay with Wags cash and earn the product Wags cash offers.

Like if I have a spend $20 get $5 wags coupon, have a $30 order, but use $20 wags, making it $10 cash total, I dont get the $5 wags despite the estimate saying I do?
