If we assume they are just hemp seeds and nothing else, the nutrition info doesn't match with shelled hemp seeds like the ones from Costco. This one has way less mono and polyunsaturated fats.. 🙃

Id recommend you buy one if youre interested, its only $2, then if you can actually eat it, buy more or wait for the next sale.
