It is. If you look closer at the description, you'll notice there are two options available:
• 2x 128GB for $40 (after $10 savings)
• 2x 256GB for $60 (after $30 savings)

These cards are slow. Get a faster card. I bought the 128GB for $15 at Best Buy on sale, and I still wouldn't buy it again. I recommend the Lexar Play brand for Nintendo Switch.

It depends on your use case. For the Switch it might not matter as the hardware's max read speed seems to be 90MB/s according to their FAQ

The Lexar Play reads faster (150MB/s vs 100MB/s) but the Sandisk Switch writes faster. Lexar doesn't have the specs of max write speed, but Sandisk has it at 90MB/s.

The hierarchy appears to be as follows:

Samsung Evo Plus = Samsung Evo Select = This > Samsung Evo

The Samsung Evo Plus has a red label, the Samsung Evo Select has a green label, and the the Samsung Evo has an orange label. See Samsung's website for reference to what I mean by the label colors.

The 256gb models of all these cards have faster read/write speeds than their respective 128gb counterparts.

If you're using them for a Switch, they can only read up to 104MB per second so the increased speed would be wasted. If you're using these for multi-purpose, the increased speed might be a selling point.

Wrong. The maximum speeds is not the whole story. You will feel fast load times in smaller files with the Lexar Play because of the A2/A1 rating. Games also download faster.
