No good for me. Nice deal if you can get it
See Adam Savage's most recent video on his favorite tools. He says there is no appreciable difference between the cheap and expensive step drills. If you're doing thousands of holes, yes. But even for him he says the Harbor Freight ones are fine.
EDIT- This one on ebay isn't as good as the better M35 grade cobalt HSS variant.
