Even if they did offer 1TB now, it would probably be like $7.99/mo to make 2TB more enticing.

Even if they did offer 1TB now, it would probably be like $7.99/mo to make 2TB more enticing.
Use your amex offer card to reload Google Play balance for $20+ and see you get the credits.
A lot of time Amex offer works across the same organization
ex. Verizon Wireless offer will work on Verizon Fios
Since you wont get the offer anyway I will try to use the amex card to load $20+ Google play balance and see they will credit you.
Then you can use your Google Play balance to pay google One next year.
If you do try it please report back and let others know.
PS I would try it if not my sub is renew in Sept.

click on Manage
in the "How you pay" box click on "change payment method "
Here you can select any card in your Google Pay or use Google Play balance
