If I buy this and use one key on 08/01/21, can I save the other two for 08/01/22 and 08/01/23? or all keys are activated once one is activated? So I gotta use it for my laptop + phone + desktop for only one year..? Hope that made sense. Hope someone has the answer!

You can't . The timer start as soon as you active the 1st pc
