I was going through the reviews with pictures and they don't seem that great. People had zip tied the arms in place and several complained they don't hold anywhere near the weight it claims. IMHO - it will do the job if you are on a budget and don't plan on moving your monitors much but I was hoping for something for my stand up desk and I wouldn't trust it with that much movement.

A few people at my job have a similar model to this, and they only use the 2 arms since they have only 2 monitors. It works just fine like that, and this way you can also expand at a later date if you wanted to.

I use a triple monitor stand with two monitors and an add-on laptop tray to center the laptop screen with the monitor stand, around $20 for the tray. Since my camera is in the laptop it is nice for putting the camera level with my face so it isn't pointing up my nose during video calls.

I can't speak for the item in this posting, but I'm very happy with the one I linked (and this one looks very similar). Very sturdy and built well, holds the weight of three 27 inch monitors just fine... it's attached to my standup desk no problems at all. My only complaint is the cheap plastic pieces that you run the cables through. They don't stay on at all... but I used some clear masking tape and you can't even tell. Easy fix.

FYI, three 27 inch monitors is a little tight. It works, though.
