1/2 price for Puma is wut they should be from the start...cheapasss stuff CANNOT compete wit Adidas, Nike, UA! Puma is liek Reebok...they need to step up in design and quality!

Puma Suede's are classics with pivotal place in sneaker and cultural history. See Puma and Adidas history. Puma Smash V2 are a classic design on par stylistically with Adidas Superstars for half the price for equivalent quality. You might learn something. I avoid their (and really all) shoes made from a lot of synthetic uppers. Has to be a leather/suede upper if it's a solid upper, otherwise it's sweat central.

*edit* Sorting by low price, I'm seeing a lot of "synthetic leather"...

My issue with them is they are more a style company than a function company. They don't have a single shoe that is good to run in....
