Far as I can tell the Ultimate Edition of this is complete. (edit: referring to paid DLC, not free DLC cars) - Edit 2: the Ultimate Edition might not include the drift pack as that was a pre-order bonus for FH4, I suck at drifting so if it's not included I probably won't pick it up.
Likely not happening, it would have to be an August GWG and August's GWG have already been announced (and this isn't on the list). They didn't give away FH3 before it got delisted either, which was the first time they hadn't given away a Forza game before delisting.

Not sure what you're talking about, this is the last sale this game will have before getting pulled, you can wait all you want but you either pay the price it is now or you won't get it at all after it gets pulled.
Yes there are $7 DLC's, but supposedly it's too late to just buy them now and get a free copy of the base game.
The game will get removed from GP, so no, not correct.
If you buy now it will keep working.

Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate (for PC) is also on sale, down to $45
Also for those considering the Standard version, once a game is delisted (I know I own Horizon 3) the cars that come with Deluxe, or Ultimate, or Car Pass will be UNAVAILABLE. Like you cannot even purchase them through an auction, nor buy them if they are considered "DLC" and you didn't originally purchase them BEFORE they get delisted. Those "extra" cars will just be unavailable forever I guess.
kinda funny Forza Horizon 4 has still 10x the amount of people playing it. Wait till Horizon 5 comes out ...
