Get the Belkin RT3200/AX3200 instead, $89 at https://www.belkin.com/us/accesso.../p-rt3200/

code WLC2BELKIN

Also openwrt capable, even though still in beta.

I tried to find the number of internal antennas they use and they missed mentioning that.

Just finished setting this router up for a friend. It's ridiculously easy to load up Merlin firmware for it.

It's a nice router but I don't think this price is particularly slick. It is capable of being the primary router or a node in a mesh setup too.

This router is valuable because of it's support for Merlin firmware as well as also supporting hardware encryption if you have a need for running a VPN on the router itself. This thing is a beast and has been my router for almost 4 years with virtually no down time except for updating firmware.

If you do not have the need to run third party firmware or the need to run a VPN on the router, there are cheaper options available.

If you have these needs and want an AX router, the AX86U is the wifi6 version of this router.

Lolol, there are vastly superior AX routers at this price.

This should be like $60

Show me a $60 router that supports the vastly superior Merlin (or other 3rd party firmware) that also supports hardware encryption for VPN. I am guessing there are none that are $60.

There is a reason that these are $150+ and have been since they have been out.

If you have certain needs like I explained earlier, this is a killer router at this price.
