I think the phrase "That's a dad joke" came about because someone misheard someone say "that's a bad joke".
Get yourself a bucket, 2 microfiber rags, a few brushes, dish soap and car wash soap w/o wax or sealants.
Use the dish soap on the drivetrain and wipe down with the rags. Wash the rest of the bike with the car soap. Air dry with a leaf blower or air compressor attachment. Immediately lube the chain and dry any remaining water with a clean rag.
I've tried this stuff in the past, and other products and always went back to keeping it simple. Also it costs a fraction.
