I was going to buy this one, then I saw that the 16gb goes on sale next week. $150 was worth the increased RAM and SSD sizes, not sure $400 is worth it. I read the RAM is not upgradeable, so it's a long-term decision.

I'm still using my Acer 9805WKHI and it has a 20 inch screen.I bought this one in 2006 and it still works but it's heavy and slow with 4Gig of RAM. Time to upgrade I think. This one is 17.2 pounds so the New LG GRAM is much lighter. I'm tired of carrying this 17 pound beast when I need a laptop. It has served me well and the screen size is great.

I have the 16-inch model with same 1TB but "only" 16gb of ram. Seems like a good deal at $50 less than the 16/1tb. It is 20% heavier than the 16-inch though, so if you're buying it for it's ultra light weight, factor that in. TU, OP.

No. I am using the 2020 version and never have issue with 16GB of RAM. There is an extra SSD slot if you want to add on later.

Bless the Costco! I bought this model in early June for $1850. Filled price adjustment claim, and they just refunded me $200.

Didn't tried speakers yet. They are on the bottom, I don't expect very good sound.
Screen is glossy, but not too much, I've seen worse. Maybe I'll buy matte screen film from photodon.
