Looks to be lowest price since release according to camelcamelcamel. I've been stalking a new cable modem just didn't want to go with another Motorola. This is for cable plans up to 2.5 gbps. Free one day shipping for me with Amazon prime.

Oh no. Not this crap router again. Just returned it last month, no matter what I tried it never gave me the full speed I paid for (800mbps) even if I was hardwired and it had a bad connection with wifi if I mixed the 2.4/5ghz channels together. Used my isps router and there hasn't been any issues. If you're on the fence about buying it, do so. Much better price than what I paid for. Good luck!
This is a modem

Now I do not trust your opinion

How does this compare with Surfboard S33? Price is comparable.

I have a Nighthawk router and couldn't be happier with it.

They have the same number of channels they can bond. So realistically they should get the same performance. I trust Arris more as a brand of cable modem but I think the s33 looks almost like the cable modem I had in the early 2000s. I'd probably pick the Netgear on looks.

make sure you're happy with your isp first. they're rolling out 5g for verizon and tmobile in my neighborhood. they must have put a new 5g tower in my backyard or something because i'm getting over 200mps consistently. can't confirm though, as i haven't yet grown any extra fingers or a third eye. 50 dollars a month from tmobile, modem/router included. just something to check out first.

You should do an edit here my guy. Let everyone know that you were mistaken. As others have said, this is a modem and not a router.

You were probably thinking about the Netgear Nighthawk CAX30S [amazon.com]

However, you should know not to use a combined unit and expect perfect wifi. Always go modular with your network.

EDIT: Looks like the deal is dead? I'm not seeing this price.

Oops, you're right I mistook it for the CAX30S model. I guess seeing the striking similarity made me upset reliving the headaches it gave me.
