I love this thing. At this price point I am tempted to buy another to keep in my car. Battery lasts forever and sound quality is pretty good (not amazing)

Bought this about 6 months ago. It is loud enough and also the battery lasts a long time before recharging.

I thought this was fine until I bought a soundcore motion+ and flipped back and forth between them; couldn't believe the difference. Still would recommend if you need something portable to throw in a small bag for a picnic; for the price and size it's a decent value vs others in the same price point. But if you're using it in your backyard or house or something I'd go with something more premium as the sound quality difference is pretty extreme.

this one is the 2015 model, i've purchased it twice around this price and it works like a champ for both music and podcasts. big volume and clarity in a small portable package. the IPX5 is an added bonus to jam poolside too! i also prefer the long-press-ON buttons this one has over other brands' bluetooth speakers that have the physical ON/OFF switch: it auto powers down if you leave it on without music playing after a period of time which is nice
price on this one is significantly less than the updated version of this speaker (2017, 40$); however i'm actively trying to get rid of everything that charges via microUSB and only have USB-C peripherals across the board.

I bought this back in June of 2019 for $27.89. At the time I wanted something that had decent enough sound, battery live and could hold up to getting wet.

This little speaker has really impressed in the 2 years I've had it. Great sound, really good Bluetooth range, battery last a very long time. It's just crazy how much you get for the money. Highly recommend.

Received mine today and what joke this speaker is, not even close to the level of my tribit xsound go, tribit maxsound plus, or bose SoundLink Color. I mean it's noticeably weaker and thinner sounding than the equally sized tribit xsound go, which I paid about $20 for over a year ago. The maxsound and bose SoundLink color speakers I have may have cost me twice as much as this Anker, but just destroy this Anker. Even worse than the volume and sound quality is the fact the Anker disconnects constantly and a woman's voice keeps saying 117…..as if I have to put in a pin to use the speaker? wtf is that?? It then reconnects and disconnects on its own every 5-6 mins. Seriously you people saying this is a great speaker are straight liars or deluded. Returned mine in less than a day. Don't believe this shill bs, this Anker is pure junk.
