I got this vacuum when the last deal was posted. It's a good vacuum but if you have a lot of carpet you might find yourself running low on battery power really quickly since you'll want to use the higher - highest setting for that. On hardwood floors, the lowest setting with the fluffy roller is more than adequate which can get you around 30 minutes per battery.

The main negative of this vacuum are the tiny wheels on the fluffy head attachment. It will get tangled in hair pretty quickly and will not roll. There is no way to take them off and in the manual it says to use tweezers which is a pain. I suggest cleaning them frequently - even after every use to make it easier to clean. Yes the dust/dirt canister is tiny, but if you use it often just to pick up dust particles and small debris you should be fine. Emptying it is easy. Last thing I would suggest is to rotate your batteries especially if you don't use more than one per cleaning. This will make sure they get used evenly and you don't neglect one where it can degrade just sitting around.

All the vacuums are the same across all models with the exception of their color. The different models dictate what is included. Some have only one battery. Other things included are fluffy roller, extra filters, and the "punch nozzle" which is for bedding/couches.

okay the power is great too! and to go on some more, the height adjust-ability! that one is actually really important, makes it a lot more comfortable for people of varying heights to use

Think I'm going to wait for the Costco deal cause the power mini tool claims to get dog hair off furniture and that's going to be a BIG part of whichever cordless vacuum I buy lol

I ordered one from the last deal . The one I received didn't look new or unused it has a few scratches the carpet attachment made a high pitch noise (and yes I did take it apart to see if there was anything causing the noise but I didn't find anything ) went to my local costco and they had it for 275 on clearance and before yall say it yes the one with 2 battery's

You can purchase the mini tool separately for $50. It would still come out less than Costco. $270 vs $320. Then again refurb vs brand new. Up to you if it's worth another $50. These refurbs look almost brand new with some light scratches which would occur anyways.

Only so much power is really considered useful. When it comes to hardwood floors, the fluffy roller is king and you really don't need alot of power to pickup all the fine dust. I use this vacuum on the lowest power and it works great. On carpet I would use a higher setting and it works great.

i would watch youtube reviews on that. from what ive gathered its about the same as the v8. its really all depending on how big your house is and what kinda floors you have. the dyson v11 seems to be the latest and greatest. thats what i personally have. just wish it wasnt heavy to hold. the 60 min battery life is more than enough for anyone cuz i cant vacuum for more than 15 mins without getting bored lol
