Does anyone know how to get discount or "new customer" rates on internet? My first 12 months is up and their regular prices SUCK! I already tried retentions with no luck.

how long have you been with them? i'm more than 15 years and told them i'll move somewhere else and they gave me $30/mo for 100mbps for 12 months. if they don't, cancel your subscription and open it under a different name, i.e significant other's etc...
