Gold here, just internet, no XFinity mobile. Utter garbage rewards and they just jacked my internet price from less than $50/mo to more than $80/mo with my own equip. I guess time to disconnect and connect using a different name.

Is there some way to link the Xfinity mobile account? I have internet and mobile and am platinum, but don't see any gift card offers. It seems to only be recognizing my internet account. I tried the link account option in settings and I now see my mobile bill when I log back in, but still nothing from rewards.

Check your current offers for internet. I renewed from $45 at 100mbps to $30 at 400mbps

it's about time. 26 year long subscriber here. until fios gave us 200 dollars to save 50 bucks a month last christmas. but congrats to the loyal customers.
i have mixed feelings about this. i'm happy companies are starting to reward loyalty. at the same time. feel i've only recently become comfortable with swapping carriers every six months for service x to profit off new customer packages. then i think damn, damn damnit. it can be as pain in the crack changing cable companies

Total garbage. Platinum tier (woo-hoo!). All the offers are crap: sweepstakes, 20% off Bravo gear, try this new golf streaming thing for only $4.99 a month, blah blah.
