I don't understand this, I've never been to a Nike Outlet store and seen a "deal". Their outlet selection always consists of ugly models no one wanted to buy at "50% off" that still end up being $100-$200...

Check out the Metcons or similar cross training shoes. They're designed for mostly working out and training movements with the occasional 400m run thrown in there. You'll want a shoe with a flat bottom, decent side support, and protection on the toes/heel (imagine the parts of the shoe that scrape the ground when doing burpees or mountain climbers).

I personally use the FREE RN 2018 Flyknit and definitely find the side to side stability lacking, but I run much more than I lift/workout nowadays and so it doesn't really bother me, but the important part is to go to a store and try things on with someone who is knowledgeable and not just trying to make a sale.
