Wouldn't trust a digital code again unless maybe seller was active for more then a year selling codes, 90% of the ones you'll see are out of the country with pretty new accounts.
Edit.. looking specifically at the link you sent, they do have a ton of positives but some negatives with folks getting eset and having issues price is decent though.
