Boo because they sold to Fandango? Walmart can't really control what happens to Vudu anymore.

The didn't give me any code or anything. I guess my first movie purchase post-move that meets their requirements would automatically be 30% off? Here's their text:

Which browser to use for merging the accounts? I tried both Chrome and Firefox on my S10 and it won't go further after I put in the FandangoNOW password. It didn't say my password was wrong 😑

For me its showing the discount only at checkout. Tested it on "The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard," which shows as $19.99 on the item page.

At checkout, I am seeing $19.99 - $6.00 = $13.99.

Anyone can check if they have the discount by just trying it out on any movie. Just click "Buy Now" and select SD, HDX, or UHD, and it will show you on the next page. Just back out if you don't want to complete the purchase.

I'm getting the same thing. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt and assuming it going to be a bit to merge what I'm guessing is a lot of data. I'll try again tomorrow then contact customer service. Hopefully your stuff goes through before then.

I did it on Chrome with my S21.

Might be something with your cookies. I'd try again from incognito. You can always copy/paste the email verification link into an incognito window.

How long did it take to transfer your movies to Vudu. I transferred to Vudu 3 hours ago and some of my FandangoNow movies are still not showing.

Everytime I try to merge it says the link expired as soon as I get it. Tried the email route and it says my password is nit correct. Changed it to a new one and still says its wrong lol

Has anyone who already has Vudu and FandangoNOW, with both linked to MA, tried to merge to a separate Vudu account?

I actually have 2 Vudu accounts, from the early days when they were offering a number of free movies for signing up. One is mostly inactive and not linked to any other services (MA, UV, etc)

My main Vudu account is where most of my digital purchases and digital redemptions occurred, and this one is linked to MA.

I have a FandangoNOW account as well and it is linked to the same MA account, but have made very few purchases through them. During the UV closure, I linked both my main Vudu and FandangoNOW accounts to UV to end up with a "duplicate" of my digital collection.

Now, if I merge my FandangoNOW account with my main Vudu account, I essentially end up back with a single digital repository ...

... but if I merge my FandangoNOW account with my inactive Vudu account, I keep a digital duplicate. This would not be linked to MA. I wonder if I would lose anything from my MA account if I attempted this ... even if it is just the few MA purchases from FandangoNOW.

I was not able to log into my Fandango account and had emailed them to reset the password. My response from Fandango.... none!

I only use Fandango on my xbox, so I have limited movies there.

Vudu was my favorite for movies, but now they are having some restrictions associated with browser types and what will display UHD. I paid extra for UHD and cannot watch them. If I would have known that, I might have given more money to Amazon... not my first choice as they get so much already. Need to spread the wealth around.
