If you like wasting it b/c you have to use more so you don't get your hands dirty, you may call it best bang for the buck.
This stuff used to be good. Now it rips so fast, it's worthless. Just a half step above 1-ply Scott brand, which is so thin, you can read newspaper through it.

Base on the reviews, these are just four of the regular $5 for 12 packs from walgreens which you can apply the 20% or 25% off coupon for making it $15 or $16 for 48. They're really shit quality and wouldnt recommend

I actually prefer the cheap TP because regardless of what I buy my kids use a crap load of it (you're welcome) and the cheaper stuff is easier on my septic tanks, doesn't fill up as fast.
