Reviews are mixed. I'll probably just buy the ones from Costco.

Only 356 review? How many of them are real and how many are sponsored? IMO

So I got a Westinghouse Solar Lamps from Home Depot for $40.00 - 24 LED and 48 FT string bulbs and just hooked up on my Gazebo. It looks amazing. I am not really up for buying such tacky named products, etc because a lot of the reviews may not be real. But we know Westinghouse and I felt more comfortable in buying them which were almost better price than these.

Link for the Home Depot Westinghouse Bulbs [homedepot.com]. They were on sale in April.

In my experience buying cheap brands from Amazon is mixed. They won't last long but if you email seller/Amazon, they will send you another one but again, it broke again within few months.

There are various analyzers like fakespot and reviewmeta but short answer is there's no sure way.

I also sometimes sort reviews by most recent as I figure they paid a ton of initial reviewers.
On this item, the most recent reviews are all over (in order)
5 star, 1 star, 4 star, 1 star, 5 star, 1 star..
I imagine some are still being incentivized
For anyone who bought: please report back if they have a note in the item offering money/gift card for reviews.

There's really no way a solar panel that size can support that many lights so this seems doomed.

Also keep in mind many SD Staff posts are just advertisements: companies approach SD, come to some arrangement, and SD has their staff members post it.
Think of SD Staff as "influencers" rather than the "deal hunters" SD tries to paint them as.

Bought 3 packs of the $40 costco lights (sunforce brand, I think). Ran 2 along my chicken coop and run for the nights I have to check on them. They are just bright enough to see things, but not harsh at all. Only complaint is the remote can temporarily go out of sync, and so I'll have one set turn on, but the other stay off. The only way to fix is to flip the switch for the lights, which is on the solar panel. Having one long set would fix this. Overall love them though.

Not OP but FWIW another commenter states they too had Costco (sunforce brand) and they mentioned a solar panel

We bought two sets from the same seller. Half of the bulbs do not work. No response from seller. Had to return it. Left a negative review
