I bought one. Will get it tomorrow. If refurbished condition is good, then it is a great deal for V11. I didn't buy V10 allergy because it has direct drive cleaner head which is inferior to the torque drive cleaner head IMO. LG cordzero I got from costco but returned it because my old dyson v10 had better performance on hard floor than LG.

- I got it delivered today. Actually looks amazing. I don't see any scratches. Battery says manufactured in 2021 so that's a good sign. Came with plenty of tools, more than I got from Costco when I bought v10 animal. Will use it for few days and update if any issue.

ebay has mandatory 30 day return policy regardless of what they say. i found that out the hard way when i sold a phone and they claimed port was broken. i got the phone back and it was perfectly fine. the buyer can return whatever they want regardless of whatever is wrong with it. i ate shipping both ways and ebay never refunded me.

Yes; all attachments for dyson V models are universal.

Fluffy head is by far the best attachment that Dyson offers. The fact that every single refurb/sale dyson does not include it shows you how valuable the fluffy head is. There is almost no point in buying a dyson without the fluffy head. They are absolutely garbage on hardwood floors without the fluffy head. Buying the fluffy head separate will cost half the vacuum's price. This is a tempting deal BUT no fluffy, no buy. Fluffy head alone cost $100+ from Amazon and $150+ from Dyson. Worth noting there are V7 refurbs that come with the fluffy head that cost $150 total, so don't ever buy the fluffy head alone, it's hella over market price.

Walmart has sold the V11 Animal Refurb before at this exact same price, as has Dyson directly. With Walmart, you can add a warranty for a small price which would be a better way to go for most people. It's sold out now, but still viewable: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Dyson-.../191647374

Is there a version with the soft brush? I am not able to find one on the Dyson website. Not listed under compatible accessories either.
Not the V11, only the V10

Consumer Reports give this an 84 rating which is not so good. The Shark APEX UpLight 96 rating eats its lunch and can be found for $275.
are you seriously comparing a cordless vaccum to a corded vaccum?

Buying this one with a Costco Citi card which adds 2 years to Manufacturers warranty for total of 2.5 years of warranty.

Costco Cards terms do not exclude refurbished items, instead they say they will not cover anything that does NOT come with manufacturers warranty which this DOES.

Get the generic fluffy head attachment on Amazon. They're $35.

The generic ones aren't of the same quality by any stretch of the imagination. Check any recent reviews on any well purchased generic version and you'll see the litter of comments saying the roller material is subpar and peels away over time and lacks the closed seal suction of the OEM version. There are plenty of pictures showing the poor quality across multiple versions of the off-brand knockoffs.

My experience with refurbished items is terrible. I had to return one because of connector issues. Two others I purchased (and did not return) had their batteries died within 6 months. I strongly recommend against buying refurbished Dysons.

I just got it delivered. My unit looks like new. I used it in Auto mode and man I'm surprised how powerful this machine is. I've moved from v10 to dyson ball to this v11. Absolutely loving the power this machine has. Surprisingly it feels less louder than v10/ball. Buying refurbished or not is personal choice but I'd recommend v11 based on my initial impression.

Welcome to eBay. They will almost always side with the buyer, hence I never ever sell on EBay anymore. I emailed the SVP of customer service and got a call back a month later. Their CS sucks donkey's ass. I made it clear to them, they refunded me the shipping x2 to the asshole customer who claimed my PS5 was used while it was sealed. Email [email protected] and [email protected], provide all the details and express your concern in a very polite way. Watch the magic, thank me later.

Just got one from walmart with the 3 year protection plan. Fingers crossed for a good clean unit. Seems to be hit or miss.

I don't know about that 6-month warranty. I've had batteries on the V10 and V8 both crap out shortly before the two-year warranty expired and got brand new batteries shipped. No charge. For one they wanted video proving the issue. For the second, they just took my word and shipped.

You can buy replacement batteries though, so if the price is cheap enough to cover a new battery, maybe it's worth it? I'd rather have new and not worry about what it sucked up before I got it.
