Chase decided to not giving me credit after 2 attempts of contacting them because AT&T split the transaction. Be careful NOT to buy different items on 1 transaction. Seems like multiple items of same kind works.

so here's a question. my 75.00 rebate posted to my account this am deducting my total balance owed. i did 2 orders in store for an airtag with headphone jack adaptor to get the bill to 40.41 after tax for each transaction. Now that the credit has posted to the account has anyoen tried returning some of the items? I have ZERO use for a stupid headphone jack and most wireless headphones are now bluetooth. If i were to return the 2 headphone adaptors is that 75.00 going to be pulled back? Or is too late since it posted to the account?

Some ppl said they got the email saying "nice work...use chase offer bla bla.." I didn't receive anything. I added the offer and made 2 transaction (2 air tag ea). I waited for the first one shipped before making the second transaction.
Am I screwed?
