For me also, it is posted as ARC team. Looks like it is authorized retailer, not corporate store. It may not work I think. Will return it mostly.

Tomorrow 11/1 being the last date for this offer, would it work if I buy something at at&t store tomorrow? Generally it takes a day to post the transaction. Posted date would be Nov 2. One of the terms state that the transaction should post by Nov 1. Not sure if it would work. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Corporate store transaction should post as "AT&T" only. Now you can return the accessories within 14/30 days at any of the AT&T stores. Earlier you had to return only at the original store where you purchased. Better return it.

I purchased in corporate store for sure. I tried two stores, one of them I have successfully redeemed last time offer so I am pretty sure it is corporate store. Chase is playing with us.

For me also, same thing happened. Pending transaction was showing AT&T H151/xxx . When it posted, it changed to some other name "Austin south" . Waste of time. Will return it tomorrow. Only way this would work is to make a online order at at&t site,. That's when it posts correctly.

I'm having the same issue with the merchant name changing from ATT to a completely different name. Never had an issue taking advantage of these offers until this last time, although this is the first time with a Chase card having the offer. I'll call them up tomorrow.

And I can say for sure it was a corporate store because I work at it lol

$75 Cashback just got posted in my chase Sapphire card. One of the purchase transactions posted as ARC team/something, not AT&T. Was planning to return because of that. Still Cashback came through. May be chase has a internal way to track it, it looks like.
Anyone in similar situation, wait for Cashback, if you got the return time period.
