Seems like the $479 price is for iPad 8, not Air 4.

I updated the link. I removed the filter for Cellular. You should see WiFi only for $479.

Are these really available for shipping?
When I change store (from denver which has some available in store) to shippable items, i'm getting 0 available to ship. Should i be trying different stores?

YMMV. If you live near a Micro Center and get the right Target chat rep (helps to be nice and respectful, but it's more luck than anything else as they've said "no" to me in the past), they'll match to Micro Center price of $479.99 and you can also stack 5% off with RedCard. Just placed an order for an iPad Air 4 for $455 before tax. A M1 iPad Pro is also on sale at Micro Center for $679.99 and would be $646 before tax using this method.

Was able to price match on BestBuy.com and used my Chase Sapphire Preferred with the $35 off offer to bring the total down to ~$485 after tax.
