You raise a good point. I've never had that happen so I don't know what would happen in that scenario. I don't know how Amazon would treat a refurb being sold under a non-refurb link. There seems to be a GX renewed link that I found, but nothing for the CX, so I would hope that Amazon would step in if things weren't exactly as described.
