This isn't incorrect but I hate how it could mislead people. You are playing Spiderman PS4 Edition on the Ps5. They want more money to get the ps5 enhancements.

Dragon Quest is good game for those who enjoy nostalgia, but most of us who grew up on these original dragon warrior/quest games are old and middle aged now. These games still target a younger audience and the predictable plots and corny dialogue is hard to get through. Still, I will continue to play these games because there is something wrong with my brain. Can't wait for the next dragon quest game.. lol

It took me a while to get into it as I played Days Gone after playing The Last of us 1 & 2 back to back.

I understood why it was panned and also understood why it's loved and so glad I stuck with it. I had a lot of fun playing it once I readjusted to the pacing of this game after the linear slow burn of TLOU 1&2.

Decided to make it the first game I would Platinum.

I signed the petition for Days Gone 2 and hope they make a sequel.

The horde idea is such a great one and after you beat the game, you can re-enable all the Hordes and Ambush camp encounters and just run around and experiment with different ways of killing the hordes and camps.

Sigh I should have known the bastards at Square Enix would release Dragon Quest XI S on other consoles after the initial release on Switch. I got it around when it was released and now somewhat regret it because I would have loved to get it on PS4/5.

So why not just get it now if you like the game? $20 isn't that bad of a price. Also if you have the physical version of the switch you can trade it straight up for the PS4 @ GameStop.

Been searching for awhile on a deal for this game. I believe this is the lowest I've seen for definitive edition.

Played it on gamepass. Enjoyed having it in 2d mode actually (took me back to my youth). Actually was able to let my 4 year old "play" with the autobattle function against easier opponents and she loved it. Have to start them young! I did like being able to play an RPG in front of her without gore/inappropriate things, so it was a nice change of pace from the darker ones.

You can be as involved in the fighting as you want,. Either Auto attack, or control manually for each party member.
Manual for main character then Auto for rest is generally easiest, until you are trying for specific fight objectives like stealing or taking out a particular enemy first, or preventing a character from using a move.
But you end up using only a few specific moves out character most of the time.

Days gone is a great game. I enjoyed it more than Last of Us 2. Felt like the perfect size open world. Not too big, or too small. When I ran into the first horde, I nearly sh*t my pants!

Yeah... I keep going back to games like these to get that feeling ,but now I try playing them I just fall asleep during the gameplay. That's why I'm scared to even open up ff9 again. I kind of wanted to keep it the way I remembered it hahaha *insert old Steve Roger's meme*
