Curious, the first two pant options dont have a length. Perhaps Im missing something but I know what a 40 regular in a sports coat is, whats the length on a 40 regular pant?

It means the pants are unhemmed/unfinished. But to answer your question, usually unhemmed pants are very long, 4" longer than standard length.

they come unfinished so you need to have them tailored to your exact length
