FYI for anyone having trouble finding it, need to go to the "Deals" tab on the website https://www.paypal.com/shopping/ or "Get deals and offers" in one of the mobile app menus. The starbucks offer will be on the banners at the top if you are eligible.

Same thing for me. Didn't show up on my deals but was able to add it from the banner.

Got it to work. Make sure to click banner on Paypal first and then pay with Paypal on Starbucks. It will say charge $20 to Paypal, but the discount will be automatic and PayPal only charges $16.

Yep same here. Just reloaded an existing gift card with $20 and see PayPal only deducts $16 from your account. Thank you!
