The propane version with wheels appears to be the same price:

They are not heavy at all once the propane tank is removed. I might compare it to moving a 6' step ladder, just a bit taller.

They are light and top heavy. They actually tip over in a gust of wind so keep that in mind

Good deal, got one for chilly porch drinking sessions. Checked Lowes and they had nothing even close that was in stock.

These are pretty easy to find on FB Marketplace used around the $40-$60 range and sometimes with the propane tank. Might be worth a look if you're not going to use it much. Maybe not this exact one but similar ones.
