Saw Wal-Mart was starting some end-of-season grill clearance. Found this for $249 at my local store. A few stores nearby had it at $374. There were still three left at my store for $249 as of this morning. Regular price is $592.

I bought this last time on clearance for 300$. It's a decent grill. They have flaws but customer service was awesome. Sent replacement parts very quickly. They even sent extra parts I did not need so have extras for the future.
The connection to the temp sensor in the back of the unit is very fragile. I had to replace the sensor and also reinforce the connection with some electrical wire.
Has been working perfectly for about a year since then.
Thanks OP! I found and bought one at a Walmart near me for $250. The assembly took about 2 hours and I cooked steaks on it last night. It's an awesome 4-in-1 unit and I will give away my old/dying grill and I will sell my smoker. This new grill/smoker/griddle/etc. will do everything for me! And it's huge. What a great deal for $250!

Local stores still have it at $427 per Brickseek.
Gotta drop into WallyWorld later today anyway, I'll double-check price in store.
Thanks!
Gonna hold out a little longer myself, hoping they'll hit $250 here in VA.
