I bought the 13" version three weeks ago in a medium firm. Coming from a Zinus green tea, which I assumed was very plush, I decided to get a medium firm thinking it would be in between my old one and my mom's super old spring mattress. In my opinion, it ended up being way too firm, and after three days sleeping on it, my shoulder started hurting because I'm mostly a side sleeper at 260 lbs. I read other reviews after that the Zinus hybrids are firmer than their rating. Quality seems good for the short time I owned it before I gave it away to my dad.

Because idiots are unzipping the cover. My first mattress I purchased from them 5 years ago even stated in the directions to not remove the outer cover.
