I've spent about $200 total on 3 different massagers that have been posted on SD. I've gotten maybe 3-6 months of total use out of them before the mechanism starts chattering loudly because of poor engineering. It occurs to me that for a little more, I probably could've already bought a higher rated device that will most likely last me more than 6 months (the last massager I bought 3 months ago is still running, but it's become rather noisy just like the previous one I bought from Costco). This may be a good buy if you're a reseller, but if you are actually intending on using it, take note of how it operates new to how it operates 3-4 months from now with weekly use.

Similar massage guns are often on sale these days. Some of them have 6-8 massage heads (not 4 like this this), most of them are 20 speed (not 5 like this). This one looks like the decent massager but there are obviously better choices.

I bought this model in January for $40 and thought it was a slick deal. Don't use it every day but for occasional use it seems to be fine and has held up well.

They will last longer than most people's interest in them.

I have this one and can recommend it. Great price.

Went for it and the 3 year coverage plan add-on for $6. Figured if it breaks I'll at least get the cost back in an Amazon gift card!

I left a negative review on Amazon. The Chinese seller offered to refund me the money and I keep the item if I change my review….

These guns are all the same. They get louder over time as the very small amount of lubricant is used up.

The "solution" is to disassemble the gun and apply white lithium grease to the internal moving parts as well as the shaft. It's a design issue and even the expensive ones suffer from the same issue. These should have a grease channel in the shaft to hold a much larger volume of lubricant so you only need to service them every few years instead of every few months.

I don't have one of the expensive units, but I would guess that they too suffer from the exact same issue given that the reviews I have seen say they too get louder over time, they just use a better grease from the factory.

This is just an example. I do not know if it's a good massage gun. There was a promo code and the price was $20.
Again, this is just an example:
