The fit issues were due to the side handle holes not being correct and some obstructions on the body that prevented the grinder from being properly aligned.

The Ironton was "better" but still nearly identical to the rest. But at this price, it's worth buy to Frankenstein it.

1) it's a real hassle adding and removing the angle grinder, as each time one needs to adjust multiple screws to ensure guard is correct and to cut straight. If you plan to leave the angle grinder on, see a better option below.
2) As someone else mentioned, you could get a 14" metal chop saw (which I have since bought and works well), or, for not much more than this deal, you can buy a smaller 6" cut off saw which will have more capacity:

3) Dedicated chop/cut off saws all have the second moving guard to catch sparks and offer extra protection if a disc breaks.
