This is the best price on the Duo (2020) to date, unless you count the Best Buy $375 deal last week that was cancelled for most.
Locked, but many reports on reddit about going through some hoops to get it unlocked by Microsoft (not AT&T).
Buydig offers 45 day returns, i dunno about open boxes and return shipping fee.
Personally I'm guessing this will go $350 by end of month, smells like Microsoft is holding price drops back, but thats just speculating.
If Duo 2 is coming out the announcement should be in the next 4 weeks based on Duo 1 announcement last year, so MS is running out of time to clear store inventories, but they dont want to drop duo 1 price too low with the criticisms duo 1 got the past year.
I doubt this will drop below $300 before selling out across all stores but I think it can get there by end of September.

Just to clarify, locked to AT&T, but this deal and price is for device only, no contract or plan required, which is how most of the recent SD threads on the Surface Duo have been. I took it all the way to the "pay now" page to confirm.

Anyway, whatever it's become (affiliates and ads, mobile redesigns, etc.), SD is a forum first, and I couldn't find a thread on this store and price, and I'm curious about the price where SD is interested in the Duo again because I simply don't know.
Personally, I won't get interested until it's at $300 or less (128gb), but $410 beginning of July (woot) and $400 at end of July (dailysteals) got people hot and bothered (both ATT locked), and Buydig has had $389 price for at least a week now and nary a peep I could find. Maybe there is an obvious ad somewhere that is keeping people from posting a discussion thread, but that doesn't mean it can't be discussed.
