I ditched a VA panel for a 1080p IPS monitor around 2015, for a little over 100 bucks off a SD. I have used it for 6 years and this is more expensive so that must have been a deal.
has vesa mount, 2 hdmi (tho i don't think it's 2.0 or 2.1, probably 1.4).
I do wish it has a displayport or even usb-c, but that's asking too much at this price range, apparently.
These are solid for office use - just FYI Costco has an LG 27" for $140 if you prefer.
One thing about these that drive me crazy - when they go into sleep/standby, for some reason the computer registers them as turned off, so all windows go back to the primary screen, very annoying upon wake-up. This did not happen with any previous monitors all on the same power save settings.
Only work around is to set them to never sleep in power save

The Included stand does not attach via vesa, but a back panel pops off and allows vesa access.
fact check - it is VESA Mountable. I have a few Dell monitors. The VESA can be found once the cover is removed on the back.
