The KINGS25 code worked on the Serta Perfect Sleeper Elkins II 11" Plush Euro Top Queen Mattress. Subtotal went from $699.99 retail, to $349.99 sale to $262.49 with code. Add tax and free delivery and it felt pretty slick. They don't remove old mattress without the $99 upgraded delivery/set up option. I guess you can't win them all, thanks for the find!

Was that a PayPal rep or a MattressFirm rep? The $80 showed up on my account only after the order only took off $40.

I tried to resolve this hours ago, but both companies seem impossible to get real-time help from for this situation as mattress-firm has no real-time support after an order. The CSR number explains they don't do phone based customer support. The chat link shunts you to a not who explains that someone will. get back to you in 24 hours ...

This was the Mattress Firm rep. It was my second attempt after the first rep said the offers wouldnt stack.

Mattressfirm will not show the discount, but after submitting PayPal took off 80 of the total.

Does anyone actually have one who could tell me if they come in a box or rolled, or even if they can fold in half? I've seen some hybrids that do collapse like that but don't know about these. My house can't fit a standard king slab up into my room, so need a bed-in-a-box deal.
