I tried to resolve this hours ago, but both companies seem impossible to get real-time help from for this situation as mattress-firm has no real-time support after an order. The CSR number explains they don't do phone based customer support. The chat link shunts you to a not who explains that someone will. get back to you in 24 hours ...
