2) An email, text, and automated phone call all at the same time from the warehouse informing of the 11am-1pm delivery window,
3) an automated call at 10:50am to say the driver was away, and
4) the driver called at 11am to say he was waiting on-site.

I was scheduled between 10 AM and 12 PM. I received two automated calls (30 min and 10 min out). They arrived within those calls at 10:50 AM. They removed my old mattress and brought my new King mattress up to the 4th floor, even though I did not purchase that service. I was very happy with the delivery!
Excited to get a few nights rest in this. Hoping it can last me a couple of years at this price, before I can really upgrade.

I ordered on 8/16. Estimated delivery was 9/1 and they delivered on 9/1, right on time. If you're looking for a mattress this company is solid.
First night's sleep was oh so good... BRS900-C 14.5" for $569 happy camper here.

I'm a 220# side sleeper. Only one night so I need more time to judge but based on how comfortable it was last night in terms of support and heat I would recommend it for similar size side sleepers that sleep hot.
