Ok I just got my Chase Sapphire and when I sign in "offers" section is blank. Not sure if this normal but might be why I could not find it.

I took the risk of placing order and got email within a min that Offer is redeemed from Amex

It took a few days before offers showed up on my new Sapphire card. Since they're mostly targeted offers, they probably won't show up until after you've used the card a bit.
