Great book, and an excellent series on Amazon Prime. The show is very faithful to the book. Hey, read it AND watch it! Get both experiences. Plus, Michael Sheen and David Tennant are both awesome!

Great book... I couldn't get into the series though, so don't judge the book on it if you didn't like it.

I'm really enjoying reading this book. Make sure to watch the series, too. My wife and I watched all 6 episodes from season 1 and loved it. David Tennant was perfect for the role of Crowley!

Picked this up in an airport a few years back for a plane ride and made for easy reading. If you like Gaiman and/or Pratchett then you'll definitely enjoy this one. If you enjoy the humor of Hitchhikers Guide, then this will probably tickle your funny bone as well. Very dry humor with goofy characters and a silly plot.

I enjoyed the book and the series. It's a goofy read but sort of same vein as Hitchhikers as others have said.

I've never read the book, so I'll take everyone's word that it is great.

The show, however, was ok, but not as good as I wanted it to be. Don't think they used my favorite Doctor properly.
