1) Download the Resident Evil 7 Teaser Demo: Beginning Hour file on PS Store.
2) Open the demo and from the main menu choose "Buy Resident Evil 7: Biohazard"
3) When the PS Store opens up, choose the third image, on the right, "Game Page" (I don't know if it's exactly that name in English)
4) Press on the "Choose Version" button
5) Choose the second version and press "Buy"

PS Store will see that you are a PS Plus subscriber and will give you a 100% discount.

Same working for The Last Guardian and Detroit : Become Human

Okay. Got Last of Guardians to worked. On the actual demo game installed on your home screen, press down, go to 'overview' then select the game until you see it costs $0 for full game. Thanks for the tip on the OVERVIEW section.

Detroit was odd. Had the option to download the game or buy the game. I clicked download and the whole game was installed without purchase. I don't recall purchasing in the past...

Did you try to choose both version at the last step? For me they both had price 19.99, for some games second choice became free, for another the first one in dropdown became free at checkout.

I wonder if there is another work around to get to the overview section. Really great to get there though! Been wanting to play the last guardian. Glad i didn't buy.

I just tried this with Black Ops III (previous free PS Plus game from E3 2018) to get the Zombie Chronicles version that was included in the PS5 PS Plus collection and it worked!

Pretty similar process! I opened up Black Ops III, went to store, clicked Zombie Chronicles then clicked on the tile on the right which is for the bundle of game + Zombie Chronciles DLC and it said Choose A Version just like with RE7 and clicked the second option again and it worked.

For those that don't know Zombie Chronicles is a $30 DLC pack that adds eight zombie maps from previous games.



Another one :

This time FFXV Royal Edition!! Just do the same process using the Platinum demo.

Detroit: Become Human Digital Deluxe Edition was a free PS+ title back in July 2019 [playstation.com], so you might have picked it up then.

Anyone able to get Detroit: Become Human recently? After downloading the demo and clicking overview, it says to "check back later". Had no problem getting the "last guardian" and "resident evil ".

Yesterday Was able to get COD 3 Bundle with Demo
Resident Evil with DEMO
Last Guardian with DEMO

*Must have PS PLUS* and download the demo's then select the second version in the option field-
